We are pleased to have conducted the estate sale of Jean Warner Epperson at Windsong Farm. Ms. Epperson was an active Waco civic and cultural leader and founder of the Brazos Forum. In addition she was active many years at the Dallas Theater Center. The home, garage and grounds contain many nice items acquired over a life time.
